RETURNS

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, returns are currently not supported due to sanitary and hygienic purposes, as the products sold on this website are considered as wearables.


Under special circumstances, if a return is approved, please ensure that these requirements are met:

  • Product must be unused, unworn (except for trying it on), and must include all original packaging and parts.
  • All shipping and handling costs for the return will be covered by the customer.
  • Returns must be received within 30 days of your original order date.


If the above requirements are not met, we reserve the right to not process your return/refund.


Returns can only be processed after an item has been delivered. A return must be initiated by first contacting our friendly customer support (support@kneele.com). Any attempts to return without our prior approval may be automatically rejected.

REFUNDS

We will not refund any customer whose order is not received if the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to us.

Any purchase made with a discount coupon/code will not be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspecting the condition of the item.

Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days depending on the clearing institutions.

Please note that all refunds are net of shipping, packing, payment gateway and restocking fees. We reserve the rights to deduct fees that are normally covered by us to give you a pleasant experience at all times. The costs associated in each transaction during a refund is not recoverable for us and we do not accept these costs for reasons which we are not responsible for. Any threats to us during a refund process will immediately nullify a customer’s rights to a refund.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations cannot be processed once the order has been shipped. Please contact us at support@kneele.com within 12 hours since the order was placed if there is a need to change or cancel the order.

DEFECTS

Our products have been quality inspected before shipping out. However, should there be any defects, kindly email us with your problem and we will help you diagnose the issue. The grace period for reporting defects is within 7 days of receiving the package. If indeed there are defects, we will make it right by you.
